Our customer communications center is located in the exclusive Shelby Oaks Business Complex off of Sycamore View Drive in northeast Memphis. We offer flexible schedules that work great with college schedules, stay at home parents that need a part-time job, or those professionals that seek an entry level position with a growing national company like Terminix! If you're in college, learn the business while you go to school, then when you graduate - put your degree to work in one of our 360 company owned locations or at our corporate office here in Memphis! First thing you need to do is register with us, then you can click below on one of the job openings and submit your application for review and evaluation. Follow these step by step instructions to register.

Customer Service:
Customer Service positions start at $11.00 an hour ($22,880 annually assuming a full time position / 40 hours per week)with paid training and benefits for full-time positions. Various work schedules are available ranging from 20 hours a week up to 40 hours a week. Our bilingual customer service positions start at $12 an hour!
Telephone Sales:
Sales Positions (both inbound sales and outbound sales), range from $9 per hour for inbound sales $10 per hour for outbound sales. Both positions pay an hourly wage plus sales commissions and gross annual compensation may range from $35,000 on average up to $70,000 annually for our top producers!
